HOW IT WORKS
Routine and consistency is key when caring for an animal. Here at Club K9, we offer a very discreet, flexible and personalised service. We can form a special bond with your pet, so they have some familiarity and a friend in us for those times when you are not around. You can rest assured there will always be someone there for your pet, to treat them with the same love, care and devotion they deserve.

We aim to provide a well balanced and fulfilling day for each dog in our care, comprising of lots of enrichment, walks, play, love and cuddles.
Once you get in touch, we can discuss your requirements and arrange a free consultation where we get to meet each other and go through the necessary paperwork. I will always meet you and your dog beforehand to discuss your requirements for your peace of mind, and to tailor our services to your individual dog’s needs.

When it comes to booking in, due to our licensing rules and number of regular customers, I am unable to accept random ad hoc bookings. Generally, most of our customers have regular set days in the week that their dog visits, this means you need to make me aware of any cancellations or changes at least a week in advance. To clarify, I am usually unable to take last minute or non-regular bookings due to already being fully booked with my customers for that given day.

For an extra fee, we do offer a dog bus service to pick up and return your dog for whatever service you require. Your dog will travel in style, being safe and secure, with each space being kitted out with orthapedic beds, comfy blankets, safety harnesses and plenty of fresh water and air from windows. Plus as our vehicles are free from adverts, this means we can hide the fact that your home security alarm is leaving your house! Want to know more check out the Woof Bus page here.

Day care is run from our centre in Rusper, which has been fully licensed and inspected by Horsham District Council. Those attending day care are welcomed in and will join the doggy family to lap up the companionship that pack animals thrive upon.

Each dog will have a mentally stimulating and enjoyable day being walked in a safe, dog friendly area where they will experience an energetic, fun filled countryside walk with other dogs whom they can run and play with.
We have fun fields, play paddocks and our very own indoor dog enrichment play zone called K9-iQ. Not to mention heated cabins to cosy up on those chillier days.

Whatever option you choose, rest assured we will have done our utmost to return them home happy, tired and well balanced, ready for an evening of recuperation whilst you check out the Facebook or Instagram pages to follow their adventurous days.
